Express Garage Parts offer free tracked shipping through Australia Post for all orders placed, to be delivered anywhere in Australia. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with the Australia Post tracking number.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind / Item Purchased in Error

If you change your mind on the product you have purchased, or if this product was purchased in error, you will need to contact our customer service team to advise the details on this. This item will need be returned at the buyers cost in its original saleable condition within 30 days from the purchase date in its original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase when returning the product to ensure processing can be completed.  Express Garage Parts will then contact you upon receiving the returned product and the refund will be processed within 7 business days, for the full purchase amount of the product. All return postage is at the buyers cost and will not be refunded. The refund will be processed to the original payment method of purchase.

  • If this item is not returned in saleable condition; a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If this item is returned without the original proof of purchase, the refund will not be able to be processed.
  • If this item is being returned due to purchasing the incorrect item, the refund will be processed, and you will be required to purchase the correct item on our website. We do not offer exchange on items.
Faulty Items

If you have purchased a faulty product, you will need to contact our customer service team to advise the details on this. We will then be able to discuss and determine if this product is faulty. If the product is deemed to be found faulty, this item will need to be returned at the buyers cost in its original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase when returning the product to ensure processing can be completed.  Express Garage Parts will then contact you upon receiving the returned product. Once the item has been tested and is confirmed faulty, you can choose to have a refund processed for the original sale price or to have the faulty item replaced. If you choose to have the product refunded, this will be processed within 7 business days, for the full purchase amount of the product. All return postage is at the buyers cost and will not be refunded. The refund will be processed to the original payment method of purchase.
