Our FAQs cover a range of topics to assist you with any queries you may have.
You will need to locate the model number on your garage door operator, you can then enter this into the search bar at the top of any page to locate the garage door remote that is compatible. Otherwise, enter the details into our enquiry form and we will respond with the details on the compatible remote.
Once you have purchased your item, we will pack and ship it within 1 business day. It can take between 5 – 7 days to receive it once it has been shipped. If you need your item quicker, you can pay an additional fee for Express Post.
You can return a wrongly purchased item, you will need to post this back to us in it’s original saleable condition. Please contact our customer service team and they will respond with the correct steps to take.

Your new garage door remote should come with instructions on how to program it into your garage door operator. Otherwise you can view the instructions in the product information tab.
If you have tried to code your new garage door remote and now none of your garage door remotes are working, you may have cleared the codes on all of them. Try to re-code your garage door remotes by following the coding instructions. If you are still having trouble, complete the enquiry form and we will contact you to help solve the issue.
Our remotes come with batteries included in most cases. These come with the following warning.
WARNING! KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
- Swallowing may lead to serious injury in as little as 2 hours or death, due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the oesophagus.
- If you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted a button battery immediately call the 24-hour Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 for fast, expert advice.
- Examine devices and make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured, e.g. that the screw or other mechanical fastener is tightened.
- Do not use it if the compartment is not secure.
- Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely. Flat batteries can still be dangerous.
- Tell others about the risk associated with button batteries and how to keep their children safe.
